Fitness inspiration force Madalin Giorgetta Frodsham has shared the secrets behind her 'bubble butt' workout, and revealed it doesn't involve doing a single squat. The year-old recently spoke about her exercise routine, specifically to address the amount of time she spent doing squats. She said contrary to current thinking that the best way to a better-looking and more toned butt is to bend, she doesn't do squats at all. Madalin Giorgetta Frodsham revealed she isn't a fan of squats, and says endless repetitions of this form of exercise isn't the only way to a better butt. Although Ms Frodsham admitted there were benefits to the glute-enhancing exercise, she wasn't a fan.
